Very pale straw colour. Intense, faintly spicy, very slightly honeyed, leesy, nutty, ripe lemon nose. Very dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, intense, dried ripe lemon flavours with a very crisp, somewhat leesy, nutty finish. Fino sherry in style, La Guita Manzanilla is made from only the first pressing of Palomino grapes. This 15% aperitif wine is aged in the solera system and is characterized by the nutty tang attributed to 'flor' yeast exposure. Refrigerate once opened and serve chilled. Screwcap closure.
