TORONTEL PISCO PURO PDO, Peru
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer LA CARAVEDO
Clear and colourless. Slightly spicy, Grappa-tinged nose with some ripe apple purée notes. Dry - seems a tad drier than the Quebranta - medium bodied, attractive, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe apple purée flavours with a lingering, harmonious finish. It is rare to get two single grape premium Pico Puro in a single Vintages release. Made from the Torontel grape this Pisco has has 41% alcohol with lot number ENV:12/17 LOT:15LCT2015 on the lower part of the glass bottle.
