Bright day-glo orange-tinged colour. Fairly complex, spicy, very dusty, plum-apple nose with some slightly bitter, sour lemon notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, bright, tangy, bitter, red apple peel-plum-orange citrus flavours with a faintly crisp, fairly effervescent finish. Has 11.5% alcohol and 8 g/L residual sugar with lot number 16316 on the lower part of the glass bottle. TONY ASPLER / 87-points - Mature strawberry and apple compote nose with an orange peel note; medium-bodied, dry, yellow plum with a slightly bitter finish. |
