| TASTING NOTE: Perhaps the most unusual \"employees\" at Ontario's first certified organic winery are the guinea fowl. These extremely efficient bug-eaters allow Frogpond to keep pests under control in their vineyards without the use of chemical pesticides. The 2016 Riesling features fresh aromas and flavours of tart apple, lime, peach and saline minerality, with evocative herbaceous notes on the finish.
