Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, complex, mature, baked ripe plum nose with some cedary, mocha-chocolate notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, dense, well structured, slightly spicy, intense, maturing, ripe plum flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, mocha-chocolate-tinged finish. Close your eyes and you might think of a well aged, mature, solid Saint-Julien from Bordeaux! This blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon (Stellenbosch) and 13% Cabernet Franc (Paarl) has 14.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L17128T on the back label. CSPC 542696
