GRAN RESERVA PINOT NOIR 2016 Casablanca Valley
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer ECHEVERRIA
Medium deep red colour. Seems very faintly sweetish, stewed plum-cherry nose with some slightly reductive, very spicy, tandoori chicken notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, spicy, tangy, cherry-cranberry-apple flavours with a gently cedary, high acid, thin, reedy-minty, red licorice-tinged finish. Ready-to-drink. Tasted from three bottles, one of which had mercaptan rubber hose issues. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. CSPC 485284
