Bright light yellow colour. Intense, slightly spicy, ripe lemon-melon nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied albeit quite well structured, slightly spicy, ripe lemon-melon-apple flavours with a lingering, very crisp, unoaked finish that has a faint hint of bitterness. Best with seafood and especially oysters. This admirable blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Assyrtoko has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L/5015 on the back label. TONY ASPLER / 87.5-points / TRY - Grassy, minerally, citrus nose with a note of dried white blossoms; medium-bodied, spicy Muscat and green plum flavours.
