Bright pale straw colour. Intense, rather grassy, somewhat peppery, dried apple nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, lean, tangy, faintly dusty, apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, slightly peppery, herbal finish. Screwcap closure. Has 13% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number 116118 on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 391987
