Fairly deep purple red colour. Intense, very spicy, ripe crancherry jam nose with some faint reductive notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, ripe crancherry puree flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, high acid finish. Quite ready-to-drink. This Pinot Noir spent 10 months in French oak and has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 3115264 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. CSPC 538900

There is also a suggestion of violet. A smooth-textured and accessible wine with good weight and length. Represents excellent value at this price. Drink: 2016 to 2021.
