Very deep intense purple colour. Spicy, fairly intense, ripe plum nose with some sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, tangy, slightly spicy, fairly ripe plum-cherry-apple flavours with a lingering, sandalwood finish. Perfect with a tomato-based pasta dish. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L-TRF22AM40-16 on the capsule.
