Very deep intense purple colour. Spicy, cedary, baked plum-cherry nose with some peppery notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, baked plum-apple flavours with a lingering, somewhat herbaceous, lingering, high acid finish. This blend of Baco Noir and Cabernet Franc has 13% alcohol and 13 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. |
