POUILLY FUMÉ 2015 AC
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer ANDRÉ DEZAT ET FILS
Bright light straw colour. Slightly grassy, spicy, pine cone-tinged, lemon-apple nose with some stony notes. Very dry, medium bodied, tangy, fresh, apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, high acid, gently grassy, mineral-tinged, somewhat peppery finish. Seems a tad terse. Has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 527226
