Bright light straw colour. Slightly grassy, spicy, pine cone-tinged, lemon-apple nose with some stony notes. Very dry, medium bodied, tangy, fresh, apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, high acid, gently grassy, mineral-tinged, somewhat peppery finish. Seems a tad terse. Has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. |

TASTING NOTE: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. A smoky nose with light fruit character. Bright and crunchy flavours of yellow plum and grapefruit on the palate match well with the tingling acidity and the attractive touch of bitterness in the finish. Score - 93 (Decanter World Wine Awards, 2016) |
