TASTING NOTE: From Ontario's first certified organic winery, this is an excitingly earthy Gamay showing pretty violets, sour cherries and crushed berry fruit wrapped in silky tannins. Suitable for vegans. Pair with grilled winter veggies, mild curries or lentil stews. (Vintages panel, Aug. 2017) |
