TASTING NOTE: The 2014 Chardonnay Cold Creek Ranch is a Sonoma Coast appellation. Part of the cuvée sees malolactic, but three-fourths does not. This is a bright, exuberant, tropical-fruit scented and flavored Chardonnay with loads of peach, mango, pineapple and honeysuckle. It is medium to full-bodied, with great acidity and a long finish. Drink it over the next 5-7 years. Drink date: 2016-2023. Score - 91 (Robert Parker Jr., robertparker.com, March 3, 2016) |
