Bright medium light yellow colour. Mature, intense, spicy, baked lemon meringue nose with lots of cedary notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, quite well structured, intense, complex, spicy, ripe lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, high acid, gently cedary, faintly smoky finish. Tasty, best with poultry/white meats (not seafood) and ready-to-drink. Has 14.5% alcohol 3 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 529156

TASTING NOTE: The 2014 Chardonnay Cold Creek Ranch is a Sonoma Coast appellation. Part of the cuvée sees malolactic, but three-fourths does not. This is a bright, exuberant, tropical-fruit scented and flavored Chardonnay with loads of peach, mango, pineapple and honeysuckle. It is medium to full-bodied, with great acidity and a long finish.
