| Bright very pale straw colour. Spicy, very grassy, lemon-apple nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, tangy, resiny, apple-lemon flavours with a grassy, very crisp, slightly tart, unoaked finish. Has 13% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with NEW lot number A2L7198 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. A REPEAT of the 2016 (**) was released on February 4, 2017 at $9.95. TONY ASPLER / 88-points - Spicy, herbaceous nose of grapefruit with a light floral note; medium-bodied, dry, gooseberry and grapefruit flavours with a note of fennel (half bottle). You can safely ignore the 91-point tasting note appearing in the Vintages Catalogue. |
