TASTING NOTE: This single-vineyard wine was fermented in stainless steel, underwent full malo and spent six months on the lees, all of which contributed to an elegant, bright Chardonnay that's also impressively creamy and robust. Floral notes, apple and citrus fruit lead to a slightly nutty finish. Pour with chicken thighs and roasted cauliflower with a hazelnut-and-cumin rub and a buttermilk sauce.
