This wine is crafted through a unique process that uses grapes that have been set aside to dry until December to trigger a second fermentation of a base wine. This process imparts depth, complexity and a more robust character. You can expect to discover a rich, dark-fruited wine with excellent vibrancy, supporting spice and smoke. |
