TASTING NOTE: Smooth, silky and seductive Niagara Pinot Noir from one of the fastest rising wineries in the region reputation-wise. Medium-bodied and smooth with aromas of dark cherry, violets and earth. There were less than two tons an acre for this wine so it's intensely flavoured. Pair with grilled chicken.
