Extremely deep intense purple colour. Fairly juicy, spicy, slightly peppery, plum-cherry puree nose with some cedary notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, tangy, spicy, cherry-plum flavours with a lingering, cedary, slightly smoky finish. Has 14.5% alcohol and a only 4 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure.
