Forward medium light yellow colour. Intense, complex, toasty, ripe lemon meringue nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, well structured, very slightly spicy, ripe lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, grippy, mineral-tinged finish. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. TONY ASPLER / 89-points - Minerally, apple bouquet; medium-bodied, dry, apple flavour with a mineral note culminating in lemony acidity. |
