Bright medium straw colour. Fairly intense, gently cedary, attractive, ripe lemon meringue nose. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, extremely bright, fairly intense, slightly spicy, ripe lemon-apple meringue flavours with a lingering, tangy, fresh finish. Has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L7215 on the back label. Screwcap closure. CSPC 533737

TASTING NOTE: The cool-climate Casablanca Valley is known for crisp, complex Chardonnays. This wine was matured in a combo of neutral oak, new oak and concrete and serves up bright stone fruit, citrus and melon with buttery, oaky, nutty notes.
