TASTING NOTE: The cool-climate Casablanca Valley is known for crisp, complex Chardonnays. This wine was matured in a combo of neutral oak, new oak and concrete and serves up bright stone fruit, citrus and melon with buttery, oaky, nutty notes. Pour it with Chilean chicken stew with potatoes, pumpkin and corn. (Vintages panel, April2017) |
