Very deep purple colour. Slightly spicy, ripe plum nose with some cedar-sandalwood-mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, plum-cherry puree flavours with a crisp, licorice-tinged finish. The very well-priced unfiltered blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre has 14% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L1719311 on the lower part of the glass bottle. TASTING NOTE: The 2015 Côtes du Rhône Premiere Côte, which is based on 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre, its deep ruby/purple color is followed by terrific notes of blueberries, strawberries, spring flowers and hints of garrigue.
