Bright medium straw colour. Slightly spicy, toasty, ripe lemon-apple nose. Dry, medium bodied, spicy, slightly honeyed, baked lemon-apple puree flavours with a lingering, mineral-tinged, very faintly bitter finish. This unoaked, Kosher Chard has 13% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar. TONY ASPLER / 86.5-points - Oak spice, toast and apple on then nose; full-bodied, sweetish apple flavours, quite concentrated with balancing acidity and a long finish.
