Very light yellow colour. Very spicy, honeyed, yellow grapefruit nose. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, quite well structured, tangy, fresh ripe yellow plum and grapefruit flavours with a lingering, very crisp, unoaked finish. Very nice. This blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Vermentino and Petit Manseng has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. Tasted once. It’s been a long time - the 2000 was released on October 19, 2002 at $26.60. CSPC 992354
