Bright very pale straw colour. Spicy, slightly honeyed, ripe apple aromas with some mineral notes. Off dry, medium-light bodied, tangy, slightly honeyed, spicy, tangy, ripe apple-melon flavours with a refreshing, fairly spicy, crisp, unoaked finish.
