Mature bright very light yellow colour. Slightly spicy, honeyed, apple peel nose with some intense, leesy notes. Fairly dry, light bodied, spicy, baked apple puree flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked, somewhat peppery finish. Has 11.2% alcohol and 11 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. TASTING NOTE: \"Süssreserve\" refers to the winemaking technique of blending unfermented juice back into the fermented wine to impart freshness and a bit of sweetness. This wine is quite pretty and floral, with honey, apple and melon aromas and a vibrant, lemony flavour.
