Bright very light yellow colour. Spicy, slightly honeyed, attractive, ripe melon-apple puree nose with some faint chalky notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, bright, ripe lemon-apple-melon flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, mineral-tinged finish. Showing nicely and quite ready-to-drink. This blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Nero has 12.5% alcohol and 8 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 514323
