TASTING NOTE: A tart, dry Cap Classique with great punch. Substantial with notes of red fruit that are slightly dried. Some interesting Mediterranean flavour such as sundried tomato and a savory note adds intrigue. More advanced style than expected but still showing well. An unusually low price for a vintage dated, traditional method wine. Good length. Tasted January 2017. Score - 88 (Sara d'Amato, winealign.com, Feb. 6, 2017) Price $ 18.95
