Chanson is rooted in local history: the house was founded during the reign of Louis XV and its cellars are located in a 15th-century tower called Bastion de l'Oratoire. The wine is elegant, with sour cherry, mineral and spice. Unlike many wines at this price point, it's composed entirely of fruit from the Côte d'Or. Food-friendly, it's perfect with grilled eggplant with veal cutlets, rotisserie chicken or rack of lamb. |
