TASTING NOTE: Pinot Blanc harvested from Strewn Vineyard shows bold, intense, perfume-like aromas of tropical fruit and flowers. The palate has a full, lush and creamy body with a hint of sweetness that is overtaken by a savoury character and a note of gentle astringency. The finish is smooth and refreshing with a lingering presence. Pair with dishes like a quiche or pork tenderloin with mushrooms in a cream sauce.
