Mature bright day-glo medium yellow colour. Spicy, cedary, baked apple-lemon nose with some medicinal-smoky notes. Fairly dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, dense, spicy, lemon-baked Alaska flavours with a lingering, high acid, buttery brioche finish. Has 12.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. TONY ASPLER / 88-points - Yellow straw in colour; spicy, barnyard, toasty oak nose currently hiding fruit aromas; medium to full-bodied, dry, toasty, tropical fruit flavours with a smoky note on the finish.
