TASTING NOTE: Established in 1857, Ksara has the rather impressive title of Lebanon's oldest operational winery. An interesting nose of bramble fruits, smoked meat and a pleasant green note. Could do with a bite more concentration on the palate but really well put together with refreshing acidity keeping everything in its place. Drinking Window: 2017- 2019. Score - 90 (Simon Wright, decanter.com, May 12, 2017) |
