Extremely deep intense purple colour. Very spicy, cedar, baked ripe cherry nose with some sandalwood notes. Fairly dry, medium-full bodied, intense, cedary, spicy, juicy ripe black cherry puree flavours with a lingering, crisp, harmonious finish. This new blend of 71% Shiraz, 15% Merlot and 14% Cabernet Sauvignon has a whopping 16.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. The 2014 (**/**+) was released on April 2, 2016 at $33.95. TONY ASPLER / 88.5-points - Vanilla oak and blackcurrant nose; full-bodied, richly extracted juicy fruit - cherry and plum flavours finishing firmly with good length. CSPC 327106
