TASTING NOTE: Light, bright yellow. An exotically perfumed bouquet of fresh citrus and orchard fruits, iodine, honey and white flowers lifted by a chalky mineral overtone. Shows outstanding clarity to the ripe pear and Meyer lemon flavors, which are given spine by juicy acidity. Blends power and finesse with a deft hand and finishes sappy and very long, displaying repeating mineral and floral qualities. Drinking window: 2018-2023. Score - 92 (Josh Raynolds, vinous.com, June 2016) |
