TASTING NOTE: This wine is a blend of Gamay Noir and Pinot Noir. It's pale red in colour, with a fascinating nose of strawberry, cedar hedge, and mocha. It's medium bodied with flavours of dried fruit, and lots of chewy tannins that linger in a slightly bitter finish. A great wine to match with some extra old cheddar.
