| Bright medium straw colour. Spicy, faintly clove-tinged, slightly doughy, somewhat nutty, lemon meringue nose. Fairly dry, medium to medium-full bodied, fairly rich, spicy, baked lemon-melon-apple puree flavours with a lingering, crisp, somewhat cedary finish. Has 13% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar. TONY ASPLER / 87.5-points - Floral, apple nose with a toasty oak note; medium-bodied, dry, spicy-clovey apple flavour with evident oak on the finish. |
