Bright medium straw colour. Faintly honeyed, dusty lemon-melon-apple nose. Dry, light bodied, tangy, faintly spicy, lemon-apple flavours with a very crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 12.5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L17WUCB on the capsule and a screwcap closure. The 2015 (*+) was released on July 9, 2016 at $14.95. CSPC 120782

It opens with pronounced, pretty aromas of honeysuckle, nectarine, apple and cashew butter and the palate is bright, lively and nutty with a crisp finish. Pair with grilled seafood or chicken.
