TASTING NOTE: This was crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, and 25% of the grapes were dried in the appassimento method - a signature of Foreign Affair's wines. Drying grapes prior to fermentation encourages greater concentration in the final wine. Here, this shows through in the impressive aromas and flavours of raspberry, cherry, sweet spice and a touch of cinnamon. Ripe and long. Enjoy this with grilled burgers and mushrooms.
