Château St. Jean was founded in 1973 and has played a vital role in the evolution of Sonoma as a premium wine region. \"Fumé Blanc\" echoes the Loire Valley's Pouilly-Fumé, home to some of the finest examples of Sauvignon Blanc, and was coined by the iconic Robert Mondavi to distinguish his dry versions of Californian Sauvignon Blanc. The term is now widely used in the US as a synonym for Sauvignon Blanc. You can expect this example to deliver impressive mineral tones alongside lime citrus, apple and herbs and vibrant, lifted, refreshing acidity. A mouthwatering sipper that will also work with grilled shrimp. Price $ 25.95
Bottle Size 750 mL
