Intense, day glo, bright light yellow colour. Great nose - very intense, lemony, spicy, ripe yellow grapefruit nose. Very dry, medium bodied, well structured, intense, ripe lemon-melon-grapefruit flavours with a flavourful, very faintly bitter, lingering, high acid finish. Has 12,5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure.
