TASTING NOTE: There is a great deal of good here - lots of ripe berry fruit, with dried sage, leather, and vanilla undertones. Smooth and balanced with superb structure and length. From beginning to end, this is good news for barbecue fans. (Vintages panel, Nov. 2016) Score - 3 Glasses (out of 3) (Gambero Rosso Italian Wines, 2017) |
