TASTING NOTE: Red wines from Niagara's highly acclaimed 2010 vintage are a rarity these days, and this Cabernet Sauvignon is a real beauty. Complex aromas and flavours of blackberry, cassis, smoke, sweet spices and woodsy notes paint a vivid picture, and the wine is still wonderfully structured. Drink through 2020 with grilled meats or aged cheeses. (Vintages panel, March 2017) |
