TASTING NOTE: The evocatively named Fern Walk Winery focuses solely on white wines from the Okanagan Valley. Their unoaked PG is sunny and fruity with notions of peach, apple and wet stone. The producer suggests food pairings of spicy Asian cuisine, crab legs, or lemon pasta with salmon. (Vintages panel, March 2017) Price $ 17.95
