| Extremely deep intense purple colour. Complex, spicy, baked ripe plum-cherry nose with lots of sandalwood notes. Very dry, medium-full bodied, extracty, faintly peppery, very slightly bitter, dried plum flavours with a lingering, cedary, high acid finish. Tasted once. Has 15% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L15127 on the capsule. TONY ASPLER / 90-points - Cedary,vanilla and blackcurrant nose; full-bodied, dry, intense and concentrated, firmly structured and tight still with well-integrated oak. Hold 5 years. |

| The Amethystos Cava is the flagship wine of Kostas Lazaridis. Produced only in exceptional years, this wine is crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged for 18 months in new French oak. It's a wine of character and refinement that will offer tons of smoke, herbs, tobacco and rich, ripe black fruit. Pair with grilled lamb. |
