TASTING NOTE: Washington is the leading Riesling producer in the United States, and the grape was only recently overtaken by Cabernet Sauvignon as the most planted variety in the state. The StoneCap (so named for the bare, wind-blown rocky hilltops in the region) delivers aromas and flavours of pear, lime citrus and a refined minerality. Juicy, fresh and crafted in an off-dry style, it will be superb with spiced ribs. (Vintages panel, Feb. 2017) Price $ 16.95
