| Bright golden amber colour. Intense, slightly sweet, very spicy, honeyed, cinnamon heart nose with some caramel-plum notes. Very dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, slightly spicy, baked ripe caramel-plum flavours with a lingering, high acid, fairly spicy, cedary finish. Has 42% alcohol with lot number L5156364 on the back label. |

| TASTING NOTE: John B. Stetson Bourbon is distilled twice in a copper pot and then aged for a minimum of four years in charred American white oak barrels. It's a silky smooth, intense and spicy Bourbon that suggests nuts, vanilla and caramel flavours.
