TASTING NOTE: Eastern Washington has notably warm and sunny conditions with cool nights, but 2015 was particularly warm. This resulted in an early ripening and harvest. The fruit for this 2015 Chardonnay was harvested in the early morning or in the evening when the fruit was cool and was sourced from several prime sites, including the Hogue Ranch, Wyckoff and Flying M vineyards. The ripeness of the vintage shows through in the fruit-driven aromas and flavour: There's a lot of apple, pear and spice here. Enjoy this great value wine with Caesar salad or barbecued chicken.
