TASTING NOTE: Bright violet. Smoke- and pepper-accented red berries and violet on the powerfully scented nose. Sappy and tightly focused on entry and then more open in the middle, offering lively raspberry and bitter cherry flavors and building spiciness. In a lively style, with very good closing thrust and fine-grained tannins adding shape. Score - 90-92 (Josh Raynolds, vinous.com, March 2016) Price $ 29.95
