Fairly deep red colour. Spicy, intense, juicy, ripe cherry nose with some cedary notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, harmonious, spicy, somewhat honeyed, faintly sweetish, black cherry jam flavours with a gently cedary finish. Has 14.8% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar.
