Fairly deep intense garnet red colour. Intense, spicy, fairly smoky, cedary, baked plum-apple-cherry nose. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, quite well structured, fairly dense, forward, baked plum-cherry-apple flavours with a smoky, clove-tinged finish. Has 13% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar. TONY ASPLER / 87.5-points - Tawny ruby in colour; cooked cherry nose with clovey oak spice; medium bodied, dry, cherry flavour with a touch of sweetness and a firm tannic finish. CSPC 499558
